A signature you can prove, not just remember
Today the form goes out on WhatsApp, comes back signed from a different number, and someone hunts through the thread to find which version was the final one. Keetu PRM makes the signature a task instead: raised against the filing, chased on its own, and returned to the vault as the next version of the document.

Keetu PRM is a Razorpay technology partner, operated by BrightLabs Infrasoft Solutions. Your firm registers once, through us, and gets its own merchant account under that partnership — so every rupee a client pays settles straight into your firm's bank account. Keetu PRM is never a party to the transaction and never holds client funds.

Keetu PRM appears nowhere in that path. We raise the invoice and record the receipt — the money itself never passes through us, which is also why we need no payment-aggregator licence.
Settled to you, directly
Payouts follow Razorpay's normal settlement cycle into the account your firm registered. Keetu PRM has no ability to redirect, hold or deduct from a client payment — the invoice record is all we keep.

What does Keetu PRM stand for?+
PRM is Practice Resource Management — an ERP built for CA & CS practices. One system of record runs the whole firm: clients and entities, compliance filings, registration pipelines, documents, renewals and billing. Keetu PRM was previously known as ACRM; same product, new name.
Is AI making statutory decisions?+
No. Due dates and applicability come from a deterministic, human-reviewable rule engine. AI only drafts communication — status updates, reminders, summaries — never compliance logic.
What does the compliance engine cover today?+
GSTR-1/3B/9, TDS 24Q/26Q, ITR, ROC AOC-4 and MGT-7, LLP Forms 11 and 8, and PF/ESI monthly returns, each derived from the registrations a client actually holds.
How do registrations work?+
Each registration type ships as a stage template — eligibility, documents, portal filing, query handling, issuance, renewal. Completing a workflow automatically adds the license to the client's inventory and kicks off their recurring compliance calendar.
Can my clients see their status?+
A client portal with live filing status and document upload is on the roadmap's next phase — the role model and data structures for it are already in place.
Who receives the money when a client pays an invoice?+
Your firm does, directly. Keetu PRM is a Razorpay technology partner through BrightLabs Infrasoft Solutions, and your firm holds its own merchant account under that partnership. Payments settle from Razorpay into the bank account your firm registered, on Razorpay's normal settlement cycle. Keetu PRM never receives, holds or routes client money — we raise the invoice and record the receipt. That is also why we need no payment-aggregator licence.
Do I need to arrange my own payment gateway?+
No. Registration happens through Keetu PRM under our Razorpay partnership — one KYC and your firm is live. There is no separate merchant application to chase and no API credentials for your staff to manage. Razorpay is the only gateway we work with.
What if a client pays by cash, UPI QR or bank transfer?+
That works exactly as it does today — collect on your own QR, in cash, or by transfer, then open the invoice in Keetu PRM and mark it paid. That single step is the only manual part; the receipt, the client's ledger and your reports all update the same way they do for an online payment.
Can I test payments before going live?+
Yes. Start in Razorpay's test mode and run the whole journey: raise an invoice, pay it as your client would with Razorpay's published test credentials — UPI success@razorpay, card 4111 1111 1111 1111, any CVV and any future expiry — then watch the invoice settle and the receipt go out. No real money moves and no card is charged. Test payments can only ever settle test invoices, so your real books can't be touched. Going live changes nothing about how you work.
What about my own Keetu PRM subscription?+
That is the one payment that does come to us, and it is kept completely separate: a different invoice series, a different document, and its own page under Subscription. Your client collections and your subscription never share a ledger.
Can I cancel, and do you refund?+
Cancel any time by email — no cancellation fee, no notice period, and your firm keeps access until the end of the month you have paid for. Your first paid month is fully refundable within 7 days if the product turns out not to suit your practice, and we refund duplicate or incorrect charges in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method and normally land in 5–7 working days. The Refund & Cancellation Policy in the footer has the detail.
Who exactly am I contracting with?+
BrightLabs Infrasoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd., the company that develops, maintains and operates Keetu PRM. It issues your tax invoices, holds your subscription contract, and is who you reach for support, billing, privacy and grievances. Its office, hours and contact routes are on the Contact page.
